Fund “Sodruzhestvo” website

Pan-Russian non-governmental charity foundation “Sodruzhestvo” was established in 2007 by doctors and patients to assist people with epilepsy.

The branches are presented in 49 regions all over Russia. Since 2009 the foundation has been a full-fledged member of the International Bureau for Epilepsy and has taken part in all worldwide events dedicated to this problem.

A new site has been developed for “Sodruzhestvo” which contains all the necessary information collected during the functioning of the previous site.

The new design simplifies getting to important information, represents the activities of the foundation and enlightens important events in the field of epilepsy in a more manageable way.

Migrate of the Website

In addition to our new design the website has got the new content management system (instead of the old “1C-Bitrix Site Manager”) and moved to a quicker hosting.

The speed of the site has been greatly increased and it has become a lot easier for the foundation team to operate the inner content of the renewed resource.

Not only was the information fully transferred from the old site but it was reformatted as well: headlines, lists and new passages were marked up, with the tabular data put into tables. This has sufficiently improved the readability of the site and the perception of the text.

Website Maintenance

The new site does not make no headway: it continues to get new functions and handy features.

Translations for the important thematic information from peer foreign sites are being done. Work dedicated to information and educational localization of printed matters is being carried out as well.
